By placing an order or using the ellipsatech.com site, you are accepting these terms. Ellipsa Technologies may make changes to the site and these terms at any time without notice.

Accepted Payments
Ellipsa Technologies proudly accepts: Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Issuing chargebacks with your credit card is an unacceptable practice and may result in legal action and/or a $25.00 penalty. Ellipsa Technologies encourages our customers to download and run our free trial software before making any purchase. We also recommend that you excersize all options available for ensuring the software functions as expected before making a purchase.

In the event you would like to return the software for a refund, we must receive a request for the refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us using our contact page or by sending us email at to support@ellipsatech.com. Include a detailed description for the refund request, including the reason for your dissatisfaction.

To process a refund for electronically downloaded software, Ellipsa Technologies will forward you a letter of destruction. This must be signed and returned to Ellipsa Technologies before the refund will be granted. Once the letter of desctruction is received, a full refund of the purchase price will be made.

To process a refund for a CD, the original CD must be returned to Ellipsa Technologies (support will provide an RMA number and return address). Once the original CD is received, a full refund of the purchase price will be made. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges related to returning the original CD.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the software applications provided by Ellipsa Technologies, you will not use the applications for any purpose that is unlawful; or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You will not use the software to violate any applicable copyright or make illegal copies of any copyrighted material.

Billing Policy
The standard legal billing policy of Ellipsa Technologies is to bill the customer's credit card on the same day as the order is placed.

Fraudulent Orders
Fraudulent orders will not be tolerated. Orders proven as fraudulent will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Chargebacks (Credit Reversals)
